MAHARASHTRIAN SPECIAL KELE KE SHIKRUN

       IN ENGLISH                         INGREDIENTS Bananas (6 bananas) Whole coconut (presumably grated or in some form) Cardamom and Nutmeg powder 50 grams of ghee Sugar 1/4 tbsp METHODS 1. First, take a coconut and cut it into half. Remove the top cover (husk) from it. Then grate the coconut. (Note: Use a fully ripe coconut.) 2. Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. (Note: Do not use overripe bananas.) 3. Heat some ghee in a pan, and then fry the grated coconut in it. Add cardamom and nutmeg powder and then add sugar. Fry the mixture until it turns golden in color. 4. Now, add the cut banana pieces to the pan and fry them well. (Note: Stir the bananas gently, do not mash them.) 5. MUTTON KHEEMA KHICHDI PULAV

            * IN ENGLISH               INGREDIENTS    Mutton Keema - 500 grams Tuwar dal - 250 grams Basmati Rice - 600 grams Oil - 150 ml Salt - 1/3 cup Ginger - 150 grams Garlic - 100 grams Potatoes - 250 grams Tomatoes - 300 grams Coriander Leaves - 50 grams Green Chilli - 25 to 30 grams Home made Mutton Masala - 2 tablespoons Curd (Yogurt) - 250 grams Coriander Powder - 1 tablespoon All Spices - 25 grams Turmeric - 1 tablespoon     Method for Cooking   Step 1: Wash the mutton keema thoroughly.  Step 2: Wash the tuwar dal and soak it for at least 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, start the cooking process by adding turmeric and a little salt. Do not make the dal too soft. (Note: Do not cook the dal in a pressure cooker.)
