  FOR MAKING VEG TIRANGA . FIRST WE COOK VEG KOHLAPURI AND VEG HYDERABADI                                           VEG KOHLAPURI   Ingredients : M ixed Vegetables - 200 g Oil - 50 ml Potato - 1 Tomato - 1 Onion - 2 (small size) Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 tbsp Vegetable Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Method: 1.Heat oil in a pan. 2.Fry the onions until they turn slightly golden. 3.Add red chili powder. 4.Add tomato slices and sauté until well-cooked. 5.Add tomato-onion paste and sauté the masala well. 6.Add boiled mixed vegetables and potato, mix well with the spices. 7.Add a cup of water. Cook on low flame for 5 minutes. [Note: Food color is optional, use as per your preference.] After 5 minutes, turn off the heat. Your Veg Kolhapuri is ready!
